I was shopping with Mitchell, who just turned five. And somehow the topic of dying and bad guys came up. I wish I could remember his exact wording. He was talking in the first person and it appeared as though he was talking about his own death that had already happened. He has quite an imagination so I don't know what to think, but I just want to put this out there.
He was referring to being shot at by the bad guys, but that they couldn't get him to take him away because of a shield that a different "they" had put up around him. "And then "they" brought me to you and mommy".
I have often wondered about a particular birth mark he has on his head. It is simply a spot on the left, front side of his head where no hair grows. It is consistent with the mark that would be left behind from a gun shot wound to the head that came from his front left side. As though he had been executed.

Yikes. Kind of scary.... On the other hand, how delightful that he is bright and alert and has such significant thoughts --- whether such thoughts are supposition or imagination or inspiration! OR very likely ..... verbal contributions to hold Daddy's attention completely! (Note, dear Tony, I intentionally do not even hear the words like E-X-E-C-U-T-I-O-N.)
